Refund & Cancellation Policy

Trina Reese Coaching & Counseling Services

At Trina Reese Coaching & Counseling Services, we value integrity, clarity, and mutual respect. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, the following refund and cancellation policies apply to all coaching, counseling, and program-based services.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 48 hours of payment. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within this timeframe. Email to: support@trinareese.com

Cancellation Fees (Within the 48‑Hour Window)

If a client chooses to cancel within the 48‑hour refund period, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged per day.

No Refunds After 48 Hours

After 48 hours, refunds are no longer available. Clients may reschedule their session one time at no additional cost. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee at the discretion of the business.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. Posting times may vary depending on the client’s banking institution policies, which may extend the timeframe.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. This policy protects both client and business security.

Missed or Late Sessions

• No‑shows (failure to attend without notice) are not eligible for refunds or complimentary rescheduling.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and the session may be considered forfeited at the discretion of the business.

Program & Package Commitments

For multi‑session packages or coaching programs:

• Refunds follow the same 48‑hour policy from the date of initial payment.

• Once the program has begun, no refunds will be issued.

• Sessions may be rescheduled according to availability.

Emergency Exceptions

Verified emergencies may be considered for special accommodations. Documentation may be requested.

Results Disclaimer

Coaching and counseling outcomes depend on client participation, honesty, and commitment. Refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction with results, as transformation is a collaborative process.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
